Also be sure to run a spellchecker over the text and get someone else to review your copy.
We will not edit the text for you and it will be placed as supplied.

Once you have completed the forms and collected your imagery it's time to get them to us.
If you have more than 10MB of files in total then please consider using a free service similar to dropsend.com to send us your files.
Otherwise, you can send us the various files via email directly.
It should take 1-2 weeks before a first draft is available for your approval.
